Ruffled Gingham Skirt (blue)

I made this blue version of the red ruffled gingham skirt (https://www.instructables.com/id/Ruffled-gingham-skirt-red/) for my girlfriend's other daughter who is 7. She is also into twirly skirts but is much taller so her skirt is a lot bigger than her sister's. Her flower embellishment is different but the skirt is almost exactly the same. 

I hope the girls love their skirts and get lots of swirly, twirly fun out of them!
