Perfect Straight Cutting Table



This Project is designed to cut material easy and safer way.
Use of rotary tool without any safety cause problem while cutting.
I have an INGCO rotary tool for Cutting small Wooden pieces and remove a small amount of material.
So, I make the design of a small Cutting table that uses a Rotary Tool for precise cutting Material Straight and safely.
Collect all supplies and Start Making.
Supplies
- Rotary Tool(Dremel or any Rotary Grinder)
- Rotary tool Cutting Accessories
- Vernier Caliper for measure Diameter
- PC For design part in Tinkercad or Fusion360.
- 3D Printer access
- Some ½’’ Phillip head Screw & Screwdriver
- Rough Plywood Board.
Design Clamp and Cutting Table





- Start your computer and design your part Using Tinkercad.
- I use the INGCO Rotary tool to make this project.
- You can Buy it on Amazon for $50.
- The first measure Diameter of thread on top is around 22mm and the diameter of the center Round part is 48.5 mm.
- According to your Rotary tool Measure it and make a clamp design to fix the rotary tool on Board.

2> Big Clamp To Fix tool From the center
3> Small Clamp to fix tool from the front
4> cutting Table to place material and Cut.
Prepare File &3D Print

- Check out my design and use it if you have the same Rotary tool.
- Else make your own design Like mine with different dimensions and Export design for 3d printing.
- Make the design of small and Big Clamp to fix the Rotary tool on Board.
- Make a Rotary table design for insert cutting blade on fix height.
- Export.STL File and Use Slicer to make a 3d printable file for your printer.
- 3D Print your file.
- Use Below 3D printing Setting for Good Parts.
- Nozzle: 0.4mm
- Layer height: 0.2 mm
- Infill: 20 %
- Support: Enable
- Speed : 45 mm/sec
- Adhesion:Brim
Assemble It.






- Use ½’’ Phillip head Screw to fix clamps and Rotary Table on Board using Screwdriver as shown in Image.
- Maintain distance for Rigid Connection.
- Insert Rotary tool n clamp and connect Cutting blade. Connect the Dremel plug and start electricity and test rotation of the tool.
- You can change various diameter blades According to Use.
Cutting Test



After all, set “Double check Clamp Rigidity of clamp and tool”.
- Select cutting material Like 2-5mm MDF, Acrylic sheet, Wooden piece, etc.
- Start the Rotary tool and Move your Cutting material Slowly toward the blade to cut it.
