These popsicles are amazing! They're not only easy to make, but they're also unbelievably delicious.

All you need is:

Root Beer

Vanilla Ice Cream

Popsicle Molds

and a Spoon

Ice Cream

Add ice cream to the molds loosely by scraping the ice cream from the top or from the sides as they melt. Melty ice cream is good for these.

Add ice cream until each mold is about 3/4 full, but again, don't press it down into the bottom of the mold. You need to leave room for the root beer.

SLOWLY add root beer. It's going to foam up something fierce, but just keep scooping it off and adding more until your molds are full.

Freeze and Enjoy

Stick your pops in the freezer for at least 4 hours. Run the molds under water to loosen them up before pulling them out. The soft ice cream can make the sticks easy to pull out leaving the popsicle behind.

Enjoy your fizzy creamy treat!
