Have you ever wanted to make a rocket? Follow these 7 simple steps, and your rocket dreams will come true.
Supplies
Gray, yellow, red, and blue polymer clay
Clay tools
Ruler
Baking Sheet
Aluminum Foil
Make the Body
Roll a 3 cm ball in grey clay. Then, make the ball into a 4 cm cylinder.
Add the Top
Make a 2 cm ball out of red clay. Pinch the top to make a cone but make sure that the bottom stays the same size as the cylinder. Then, attach the cone to the grey cylinder (make sure the cone is well attached to cylinder).
Add Flames
Roll a 1.5 cm ball of yellow clay. Divide it into 4 parts. Make each of the 4 parts into a cone. Lay them on the bottom of your rocket.
Add Window
Roll blue clay into a 1 cm ball. Flatten it. Add it on towards the top of the grey cylinder.
Add Fins
Roll a 2 cm ball of red clay. Flatten it. Cut into 2-3 triangles. Add them on the sides of the rocket.
Bake
Pre-heat the oven to 125 C or 257 F. Put your rocket on a baking sheet lined with tin foil. Let it bake for 25 minutes or until hard.
