Materials:

1.3v battery

2.2LED

3.Vibration motor

4.circuit board

5.resisters

6.battery holder

7.switch

Tools:

1.soldering gun

2.soldering wire

Take one circuit board and one battery holder.And then fix the battery holder in the circuit board and soldering.

Take one switch and just fix it after than fix the wire to the switch.

Take all resisters and fix to the circuit board of edge.and soldering the resisters.

And finally fix the vibration motor to the circuit board.and you can put LED'S.
