All you need for this campfire snack is potatoes, skewers and whatever dipping sauces you like. Holding on to extra sauce packets from take-out meals is a great way to flavor potatoes without having to carry bottles around. Another great single serving snack that can be prepped ahead of time and cooked when you're hungry.

Clean and cut up your potatoes however you like. I'm using fairly small yellow potatoes, so some I quartered and others I left whole. Skewer potatoes.

Cook your potatoes over the fire for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked to your liking. The smaller the potato chunks, the quicker they'll cook.
Dip & Enjoy!

Remove potatoes from the fire and allow to briefly cool. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauces!
