First let's preheat our oven to 400 degrees F. (204 C) Then prep your peaches by washing them, then cut them in half and and take our the pits. Place the peach halves on a baking sheet. Then take 4 to 5 slices of prosciutto depending on how many peaches you are making, and chop it up until they are in small pieces.

Fry Up the Proscuitto

Now we top off the peaches with goat cheese and our fried prosciutto then bake them in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

***Alternative method, if you don't want your goat cheese melted, another option is to add a bit of butter in each of the halves of peaches, roast them by themselves, then add the cheese and prosciutto afterwards. :)

Add Honey

Once the peaches are roasted let them cool for a bit before adding your honey. Enjoy!
