This is my first time making pasta from scratch, and it came out delicious. I googled "how to make pasta" read a bunch of things and came up with a recipe.

I apologize for the quality of my pictures, I don't own a camera, so I had to use my phone. And because I didnt have any helpers I took the pictures myself - i couldnt get everything because i was trying to keep my new phone clean, instead of greasy and caked in flour.

ENJOY!

When they are ready pour the garlic and the oil from the pan directly into a blender/food processor and blend until smooth.

In a large mixing bowl combine the all purpose flour, whole wheat flour and the sea salt, mix well.
Hollow out the center and pour in the oil, garlic puree, and the eggs 1 at a time while mixing quickly with a fork until the dough is wet enough to come together.
take the dough out of the bowl, and knead on a floured surface until the dough is stiff.
put the dough back in the bowl and cover with plastic . let the dough sit for 30 minutes to relax.

***If you have a noodle rolling machine, its very simple- roll dough in the machine to desired thickness, and then roll dough through the cutter-mine has spaghetti and fettuccine.
using a rolling pin, roll out the dough to desired thickness, and cut in strips like fettuccine (or however you like it)

Once the dough has been cut into noodles, and hang to dry for 15 minutes. you can make (or buy) a hanging rack for noodles- I made one using a 1" dowel. separate the pieces while hanging to avoid clumping together.

once the pasta is dry, bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
add the pasta and cook for 2-3 minutes- it will float when its ready.
Drain.
Add your favorite sauce- I just added olive oil and black pepper
EAT!
