Roasted Artichoke Heart Pasta!

This Roasted Artichoke Heart Pasta is amazing! I wasn’t sure about how it would turn out, but it was an amazing lunch and I would highly recommend it!

Supplies

You will need:

-An oven

-A roasting sheet pan

-A pot for cooking pasta

-A strainer for straining pasta

-1 can artichoke hearts

-Olive oil

-Any seasoning for the artichokes

-Any type of small pasta (Elbows was the best, but bow tie would work too)

-Butter

Cook Your Pasta

First, boil some water in a pot. Pour in the pasta and follow the directions for cooking the pasta on the box. Once it is cooked, strain it and put it back into the pot to keep warm.

Roast Your Artichoke Hearts

Next, you’ll want to open the can of artichoke hearts. Drain them in a strainer and press them with a fork to get the water out. Pour them onto the sheet pan, and spray them with olive oil so that they are fully coated. Shake some seasoning on top of them so that they are lightly coated, and shake some salt on top if you desire. Set your oven to broil and put the artichoke hearts into the oven for about 3 minutes. When the artichoke hearts come out of the oven, they should be slightly crispy on top and well baked.

Assemble Your Dish

Pour some pasta into a bowl, then place some butter on top of the pasta. Stir the pasta around so it gets coated in butter, then place some artichoke hearts on top. Enjoy your dish!
