Fry corn tortillas in a pan fold like a taco and flip occasionally

Cooking and Seasoning the Roast Beef

Get a pot put the meat in cook with medium heat and start stirring the meat with a fork. Then start seasoning the meat with the black pepper, garlic powder, soy sauce, tapatio, and el pato sauce. Stir occasionally and taste test a bit to see if more or less of the seasoning is needed.

Preheat Oven and Fill Tacos Up

Preheat oven to 350°. While you're waiting for the oven to heat up get a glass oven pan and start placing the ready taco shells inside and begin filling each taco with the cooked roast beef and the shredded cheese.

Chop the Lettuce and the Tomatoes

Once the oven is hot enough put the oven glass pan into the oven and let it melt the cheese for about 5 to 10 minutes. The tacos will be crispy and the cheese will be nice and melted. Next chop up the lettuce and tomatoes and if you choose put what ever hot sauce you love or use the rest of the el pato sauce or no salsa if you prefer lol & Bingo! Take out of the oven, serve and enjoy! ?
