Ritz Crackers Pizza

I give you Ritz Crackers Pizza!


If you've never had a Ritz cracker before, than our life is simply no complete...

The Pizza is simply a cracker with pizza sauce, cheese and various mini toppings!


I was thinking what bread base would be good, that I have and I thought of Ritz!!

You basically have no excuse not to make it (if you do just post a comment with your incredible excuse!)


So go on, what ya watin for?

Ingredients

♦ Ritz - Any Flavour

♦ Pizza Sauce or Tomato Purée
 
♦ Toppings - Here's a list

♦ Cheese - Use mozzarella because it isn't salted (see the image notes)

♦ Herbs de Provence (Italian Herbs)

You'll also need a grill or oven

Sauce and Herb

♦ Spread a little pizza sauce or tomato purée on the cracker...

About a teaspoon would do -There are a few instructables on making a good pizza sauce...

♦ Sprinkle a pinch of Italian Herbs or a leaf of Basil

These make a really good addition so make sure you use herbs!

Toppings & Cheese

♦ Add all the toppings you want on it

♦ Top with a bit of Cheese!!

You could use 

Mozzarella
Cheddar
Parmesan
etc.

Grill It!!

♦ Lay a piece of baking paper on a baking tray.

♦ Place the Pizzas on the baking tray and oven grill for 5 mins or until the cheese becomes golden

♦ If you don't have a oven grill, just use a oven.

♦ If you don't even have an oven, place it in your microwave grill.

♦ If you're microwave doesn't have a grill, just use the normal microwave setting for about 2-3 mins

See, I've thought of everything (!)



DO  use an oven grill with a heating element (The ones which go glowing red when hot on the top of an oven.) (Picture 1)

DON'T  use a electrical grill (Picture 2)
