Reverse Enginering - Make 3d Modal - Doing Vcm Process

I am making a finger for this challenge This finger is used in a TNC napkin machine and it is hard to do reverse engineering because of the arc,

I found this part helpful, my friend
and take an overall dimension and note it down. using a vernier calipers and scall

With the help of a pencil, I am taking a imprison of the part on blank paper.

also, take the outline of the part in the same paper

import all of the collected data in Fusion 360 and make a modal of the part

convert this part in a dxf and take this output in scale 1:1
then print the 1:1 SCAL drawing file
doing the visual inspection, as you see in the video
and final modal sent to vmc process

the part in a vmc process and after we get out of the part

final part

This is a comparison of the received part and the final part
