Reusable Concrete Foundation

In this instructable I will show you how I'm going through the process of creating a concrete tile.
The idea is to make a reusable concrete tile (lots of them!) to create a reusable concrete floor for a garden shed.
This has several advantages over a classic way of pouring a large concrete plate.
- Reusable (=environment friendly)
- Easy to move (by one person using a trolley)
- No need for a large concrete truck to be able to access the building site
- No waiting time for the concrete to cure (asuming it is a product that can be bought in the DIY store)
- No stress during installation

3D Print Parts for Placeholding the Plastic Tubes

I draw the parts in Sketchup and exported them to STL
Create the Wooden Mall

Create the Reinforcement Grid

I welded the metal grid and bended some parts.
Also used a bold cutter.
Assemble the Parts

Place the Mold on a Stable Surface

make sure it's level
