Using a flat surface and sandpaper, we align the surfaces of the neck and the guitar body.

I used 2.5 mm ash veneer for the soundboard. Glued and reinforced with lintels.

With the help of a milling cutter and a homemade compass, I made a hole in the soundboard

I glued the soundboard to the glue and clamped it with clamps. After drying, I cut off the excess with a milling cutter with a copy cutter.

I put new frets in the old places.

Installed the rest of the fittings. Based on the size of the neck, the beaker is 650 mm.

Covered with self-priming varnish for furniture.

I set and adjusted the height of the strings. Adjusted the sound. Done.
