Removing a Broken LightBulb
First Thing's First
Acquire an old sponge. I'm using one from my tile supplies but I imagine any sponge will do. I'd break out as many 'Big' chunks of glass that might cause injury.
Secondly,
Twist your sponge to fit inside the fixture's 'Broken Bulb' cramming it in as much as possible. Keep a tight grip on your sponge because it will want to expand back out of the fixture. Please for anyone attempting this method, I hope you grabbed one from the cupboard and not a damp one from the sink. (Dry Sponges Tend To Work Rather Nicely. Damp Sponges Are Shockingly Less Effective). No seriously tho ppl. Dry sponge Only* and do at your own risk I am not responsible for any accidental electrocution or shock. Be sure the breaker is off or at least the light switch is in the 'off' position.
Then You,
Twist and twist that da garn bulb until you can get a grip on it. Then remove.
Finally,
I'm sure it's obvious... Replace with new bulb. (Wiping off the bulb with a dry clean cloth is always a good precaution as many bulbs can break from heat and the oils left on them from our hands). I hope this instructable was both helpful and informative enough so that u may one day use it
