How To Make Demagnetiser To Remove Magnetism From Tools
This device can be used for effectively demagnetizing watch movement parts, screws, and tools (e.g, tweezers and screwdrivers).

Demagnetiser is very helpful to remove magnetic field from tools ,like for instance it will make your work simple when you are cutting leads of electronic components as they less likely stick to demagnetised tools.

1.you will need an transformer

remove all the magnetic core plates from transformer , take your time and remove all plates without damaging the transformer coil

Now install all of the E shaped core plates back into the coil ,you can use some kind of glues to hold the plates (it will reduce 50-60Hz humming noise)

make sure coil is okay ,with your multimeter and it's time to plug it in.

Safety First!

FOR SAFETY REASONS
You should connect an electric bulb in series with the transformer coil.

Swipe It Over!

swipe your tool over this demagnetiser and slowly bring it away

DON'T PUT TOOLS TOO NEAR TO COIL ,THEY WILL ATTRACTTED HARDLY BY MAGNETIC FORCE AND CAN DAMAGE OR CAUSE SHORT CIRCUIT IN COIL.

Before and After

You can see the difference, after demagnetise your tools it will loose it's magnetism.
