First of all, remove the emblem from vehicle with spanner, and discard the yellowish cover.

The inner star and moon logo still in good condition. Unfortunately, the emblem was break into two parts.

Put the Breaking Parts Together

Drill some small holes on two plastic parts, and "stitch" two parts together with copper wire.

Fill the gaps between two parts with some plasticine. Make sure there is no gaps to avoid epoxy resin leaking in the next step.

Hint: Plasticine IS NOT perfect material to block epoxy resin, please try out other materials (candle wax?)

Mix A B compounds of the clear epoxy resin according to ratio suggested by manufacturer.

Put the emblem horizontal with some external support, I'm using egg tray as support and it works well.

Pour the mixture into cavity carefully and allow it to cure, curing time is subjects to epoxy resin's specification.

Can add some glitter powder or other decoration in order to make it more impressive.

Hint: Protect your hands with plastic glove when handle the epoxy resin.
