Reese's Candy Pudding With Chia Seeds
Hey Foodies, I am sharing another healthy treat with you all today and it is my take on a Reese's cup candy but in Chia Seed form. Chia seeds are known to be a superfood and they are quite healthy. Since one of my favorite chocolates is a Reese's cup (have you ever tried them frozen because they are so good) I wanted to make a healthy version and this will definitely work when you are craving that Reese's cup. Also add more sweetness to it because even I wanted it a bit more sweeter. Ingredients and Tools
Ingredients
- ½ Cup Chia Seeds
- 2 Cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 3 Tablespoon Maple Syrup (add more sweetness if desire)
- 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla (divided)
- 2 pinches of Salt
- 2 Tablespoon Peanut Butter (best one you can get your hands on)

Work on Chocolate Base
In a medium size bowl, add 5 ½ Tablespoons chia seeds, 1 1/3 Cups almond milk, cocoa powder, 1 ½ Tablespoons maple syrup, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1 pinch of salt.
Whisk Chocolate Base
Whisk all of your ingredients together until everything is combined.
Work on Peanut Butter Base
In a new bowl, add 2 ½ Tablespoons chia seeds, 2/3 Cup almond milk, peanut butter, 1 ½ Tablespoons maple syrup, ½ teaspoon vanilla, pinch of salt.
Whisk Peanut Butter Base
Whisk all your ingredients are all combined.
Chill Both Mixtures
Cover both bowls with plastic wrap. Place this bowl in the refrigerator also and chill. About 2-3 hours.
Remove From Refrigerator
When both of your mixture are done chilling and the chia seeds have absorbed all the liquid you are ready to assemble. Pull of of refrigerator and stir both mixtures.
Assemble in Serving Cup
Layer however you like in a serving cup.
