My name is Tony Vo. I am from Los Angeles. This is a gown I sat down and designed on my own. Then one day, I decided to accept my challenge and turn my design into a real-life form. So here I am, with the finished successful gown. This gown features a glitter shimmering belt and ruffled bottom extending into a tail. I sure hope you like this !!
