Recycling Toys
A fun, economic and ecologic way to recycle various old or broken toys is to make a tableau/painting with them.
I have always liked to create objects by recycling old or broken things that have finished their “life”, and this I’m trying to teach to my childs as well. The first step is to start with their broken toys which they no longer want and which they cannot even give away.
Supplies
All you need is: broken or old toys, here we used broken dinosaurs; a hot glue gun; no toxic paintings for kids; a piece of rope; an old picture frame for posters;
First of all, make two holes at the picture frame, with the scissors, big enough to can put through the rope
Put the rope and tie it making a node.
Cut and clean all the superfluous parts in the side where you will apply the glue so as to be level with the picture frame.
- Give to your kids their favourite colour and let them paint. They can make a background colour or draw a landscape etc.
-Wait to dry.
-Heat up the hot glue gun and stick on to the picture frame your dinosaurs or other toys.
Your paintings are ready to brighten up the children's room.
Hope likes you the idea and let me know if you try this with your family!
Have fun!
