I created a beautiful and neat recycled lid necklace. This necklace is unique and environmentally friendly.

This DIY will also be released in video form on 05/17/2015 on my Youtube Channel.

Step 1: Supplies

The supplies you will need are baby plastic lids, wooden charm accessories, and E-6000 glue.

I recycled my baby's plastic lids from his empty containers. You can easily use another plastic lid of an appropriate size.

Step 2: Assemble Work Area

Gather your supplies on a worktable. For safety make sure to use appropriate work gloves, and a work table.

Plan an idea of what you want your necklace to look like. For this project I am using all of the charmed accessories.

Step 3: Glue and Apply

Glue and Apply the backing of the charmed accessories to the plastic lid.

E-6000 at first is slippery, but give time to dry and will be hard and durable to wear year round. Apply as little or many charms as you'd like.

Allow 24 hours to dry.

Step 4: Apply a Jump Ring

There are several ways to create a connector for this necklace. I choose to Glue and Apply a jump ring. Allow 24 hours to dry.

Step 5: Choose a Necklace
