Recycled Used Vegetable Oil Cooker to Cook With Free Energy

Here my last discovery, and for me a revolution about cooking !
Because thanks to this cooker, you can cook using...... used vegetable oil as a fuel.
No smoke, no smell , and really hot ! ( 500 °C ! )
So you don't need electricity or gas to cook. Just grab some used oil from your local restaurant, or your own used oil, and make french Fries... and don't throw away your oil... because you'll use it to cook your next batch !
Here are pros and cons of this amazing cooker :
Pros :
- no smoke
- really hot
- using waste as a fuel
- cheap
- durable
- eco friendly
Cons :
- using a fan is a little bit noisy ( litte bit )
- it takes time ( 1 min ) to get ready
- temperature control not as accurate as a gas stove
So if you want to cook french fries, deep fried vegetables, or any meal ( we did soups ) that takes a bit of time of cooking ( more than 15 mins ) this machine is amazing. If you want to just cook an egg is the morning it is not made for it, a small gaz stove is better.
Supplies

Here is the list of what I used for it, if you find a round tube as the center or the cooker it would be better, if I can I will upgrade and do a V2, it would actually save the first step.
As I didn't have a round tube I used :
- 1 rectangular tube 25 mm x 10 mm
- 1 circular tube ( for the oil ) 20 mm diameter
- 1 circular tube for the fan : diameter of the fan exhaust
- a 1.5 mm drill bit
- a tap
- a plastic hose fitting with the tap
- a drill
- Welding machine
- and a cutting disc machine , also called Grinder
Prepare the Octogon

******** This step can be avoided if you have a big cylindrical steel pipe *******
First step is to mesure the length of the inside panles and trace it on the 3 faces of the rectangular steel pipe.
I made it 10 cm wide to get an octogon pretty big ( you can make it smaller , the size depends of the power of the fan you have , the bigger the fan, the bigger the cooker )
Then cut 3 out of the 4 faces of the rectangular steel profile thanks to the tool you prefer. A cutting disc is prefered.

Now you can amaze your friends and bend the bar you previously cut.
Before you bend the last part, don't forget to cut it, if not you're going to be trapped.
A bit difficult to explain writing it, but trust me once you are facing the last side to bend, you start thinking it is time to cut. :)
Weld the Structure

.jpeg)
I am not very good at welding, but this is not a very very complicated welding.
If you can't weld, ask around you, there is someone who knows how to do it for sure.
Summer Hair Cut

Cut the sides to make space for the following steps.
The aim is to let the top pieces as a support, and let the sides free to make a hole for the oil pipe going in.
Make a Hole for the Oil Pipe

Now we need to make a hole to weld the input oil pipe.
Don't make my mistake, I thought making small holes would work....Nope.... if you just have a drill I higly recommend to buy the right tool to make the hole the same size of the pipe you will use for the oil input.
Weld the Input Pipe

As you gave space for it, it is the moment to do it. So place your input oil pipe and then weld slowly to make sure it is strong AND water ( well here it's oil ) proof.
So as you can see this is just for the picture because I re-did it several times to get it right, proper and oilproof.
Air Input Pipe

Mark the air pipe in order to make holes of 1.5mm ( yes it is very tiny).every 1 cm and do it 4 times around the pipe as the picture shows.
Be VERY careful, those drillbits can break so easily...
Make a Base and Weld the Air Inlet
.jpeg)

I forgot to take some pictures but I will upload some more when I can, and if needed feel free to shoot a comment so I'll remake those steps.
So thanks to the rectangular tube ( if you have a flat sheet is it even better , but I couldn't find some ... ) make a base for the octogon shape and make a circular hole to let the air inlet go through.
The pictures doesn't show all of the steps but you definitely get the point seeing the result of it.
The air inlet has be cut at 45 degree then another pipe has been belded to it. The aim is just to have an air inlet thanks to the fan.
The top holes, I made, I am not really really sure it is required, so I'll try another one without furst and then , make them.
Add Some Legs

Thanks to the metal you have ( for me the rectangular pipe ) cut some legs , and weld them to make it steady and strong
Take a Selfie

As welding is so appropriate to make you shine, prepare your better smile, and enjoy your HD camera for a souvenir !
Weld the Pot Holder

You remember when you cut thoses pieces in the step 4 ?
Yes those ones .... grab them from the trashbin if they were already there, and use them make a beautiful pot holder on the top of the octogon.like in the pictures.
Beautiful isn't it ?
We are almost done.
Prepare the Oil Tap and Reservoir
.jpeg)

I tried several bottles, and finally ended up using a milk bottle that I drilles on the side.
so just make a circular hole, and screw a tap with a seal in it, then assemble a plastic pipe to it that you can connect to the top pipe ( oil input pipe)
Assemble the Fan and Its Controler

And now the easiest part is.... Done !
Just connect the fan to the bottom tube of your incredible machine.... and get it ready for a test ride.
Test It and Cook With Free Energy !

I have used fresh oil for the pictures, but I used the used oil afterward and it worked perfectly too !
