Collect Materials
1 x Large Can ( I used a 425g tuna tin)
Can Opener
Pastry Brush
Oil
Cake Batter (of your choice)
Prepare Tin
Using the can opener, carefully remove the lid off the tin.
You will need a can opener that removes the rim from the tin. Do this carefully to avoid cuts.
Remove contents of the tin and clean thoroughly.
Grease the cleaned tin with oil.
Pour prepared cake batter into tin.
Place onto a stable baking tray and bake in the oven according to recipe.
Remove from oven and leave to cool.
Once cool, carefully remove cake from tin.
If the cake appears to be slightly stuck, you can run a knife or skewer around the edges of the tin to loosen it.
Your cake is ready to enjoy!
