Cut the paper into small pieces and put in a blender. I used a hand blender. Pour in warm water, not hot! And start grinding it. After grinding, add glue (about 80g). Mix everything together. Put everything in a plastic box.

I printed the molds on the following parameters:
Filling: 10-15%

Quality: 0.2

Raft: No.

Supports: no

Material: PLA

Temperature: bed 100% nozzle 220%

Now I am putting the mold together. We put the wall part on the base part.
Then we put the paper pulp. 2-3 tbsp. Press the Press part and clamp with carpentry clamps. It is worth placing a cloth or paper towel under the mold. We set aside to a concentration for 24-48h.

Drying

After 24 hours, I carefully take the model out of the mold and leave it to dry for another 24-48 hours. The drying time depends on the moisture content of the paper and the drying temperature. Can not be dried in the oven!

Finished

After drying, I finish the model. I use scissors for this. I trim the model. The finished model can be painted.

Next projects coming soon. Goodbye ;)
