The easiest way I've ever done to reuse a plastic bottle. That's why I'm sharing it with you.
Hope you enjoy!
Step 1: What You Need

You will need:
Scissors (or something to cut the bottle with)
Coloured paper
Plastic bottle
Fabric (or anything alternative)
Glue
Sandwich paper or wax paper or tracing paper (any kind of light paper)
Step 2: What to Do
Cut the bottle and keep the bottom part with you.
Glue the bottom part and put on it the sandwich paper. If you want to put another layer, you're free to do so. Don't forget to put paper in the lower part of the bottom part (you get me right?).
Cut part of the fabric or the colouring paper (but fabric will work better because the paper might fold and will not look good.) and glue it around the bottle like you just did to the sandwich paper.
Now to the next part...
Step 3: the Decor
