Recyclable Rubber Band Board Game
One day, when I was decluttering all my junks and trash from my storage box, I realized that there are a lot of messy rubber bands and loom bands, which I've got bored playing with, scattered all over my box and,a piece of plastic board by sister kindergarten math geoboard. I planned to actually throw it away but...scrolling down Amazon,I saw an interesting board game called the Rubber Band Wooden Board Game. It is actually similar to geoboard. With some inspiration from my sister,I've make a move to change it and make it into a board game that is similar to the rubber band board game is saw on Amazon that is FREE to make and EASY to play! Kids would really loved it as you can attach the loom bands(most often the cheapest) and make it into various creative designs such as Minions from Despicable Me! It also helps me to clean off all my rubber bands and loom bands and organized it into pretty creative designs!
Step 1 : What Will You Need
- Used loom bands
- Rubber bands
- Geoboard ( I replaced it by using the plastic board shown above)
If you don't have the plastic board, you can find it at Amazon or any other shops. It is quite cheap anyway.
Step 2 : Start Organizing and Play With It!
After preparing all the materials,do start to organizing your rubber/loom bands and design it according what you like! You can design it into various designs such as Minion,Spongebob and even your favourite cartoon character!
After finishing, do hang your masterpiece at the wall for everyone to look at.Or...start a new one!
