Recipe for Chocolate Fondant Cake

In this recipe, you will need a pan, a big bowl to mix the ingredients, a whisk as well as a bot. The ingredients will be 200 grams of dark chocolate, 100 grams of butter, plus a little bit of extra to grease the pan, 3 eggs, 50 grams of flour, and 100 grams of powdered sugar.

Preheat the Oven

First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Cut the Chocolate and Butter

In a pot, cut the chocolate and the butter into small pieces...

Add Them in the Pot

...and melt them together on a very low fire.

Prepare Other Ingredients

Meanwhile, in a bowl, add the sugar eggs, and flour and mix.

Mix Them!

Once the chocolate and butter are melted, add those ingredients into the bowl slowly and mix them all well together.

Grease & Pour

Grease the pan with butter and you can then pour the mixture.

Bake!

Put the pan in the oven (be careful! Don’t forget to use gloves for protection) and bake for 18 minutes.

Once the 18 minutes passed, get the fondant. It might seem like it’s not baked enough but it is part of the process. Let it sit and cool down, and enjoy! You can add some fruits or milk as condiments.
