Recipe for Buttermilk Pancakes
- Ingredients -
- 9 7/8 ounces of flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 600 ml of buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 oz of butter ( melted)
- 3 1/3 fl oz of vegetable oil
Dry Ingredients Mixed Up
You mix all the dry ingredients together. So like the flour, baking soda, baking powder, the sugar and the salt.
Mix Up the Dry and Liquid Ingredients
Second, you put the liquid ingredients in. So you would put eggs (beaten), buttermilk, vanilla extract, butter(melted), and vegetable oil.
Put Oil on Pan
Third, you put the vegetable oil on the pan. Only put a little bit.
Frying Time !
Fourth, you put the batter of the buttermilk pancakes on the pan and let it cook for 3-4 minuets.
Flip the Pancake
Fifth you flip the pancake after the 3-4 minuets and do the same thing.
Enjoy Time!
Finally you have a nice pancake. You can put any kind of topping on the pancake.
