I always spend too much time cutting peas and vegetables for meal preparations, so I wanted to save time and I came up with this way of having the stews for my meals ready in the refrigerator and taking less time to prepare my recipes,

Wash all the vegetables very well, this is essential so that the stew lasts longer and our meals always have a fresh taste.

cut the vegetables

In a blender or food processor add all the previously washed and cut vegetables, add oil, not water, blend and in a pot add the mixture

In a zip-top bag, pour the mixture, then put it in the freezer. After 15 minutes, take it out and with the help of a knife, make a grid on top of the bag. Put it back in the freezer for 2 hours and the cubes are ready to cook. Depending on the preparation, we will get the amount of cubes we need.

Another way is with an ice tray, we can also pour the mixture, this has helped me save time.

This is how the cubes are now frozen and ready. This afternoon I wanted to make some meat. I simply washed it and put oil and three frozen stew cubes in a frying pan. I let them melt and added the meat and salt and I had a stewed meat in no time.
