Raw Zucchini Pasta

Slice raw zucchini

I used my Saladmaster machine cone #2

Take 1/2 if the sauce and blend it till smooth.

Add sauté' veggies

Mushroom slices
1 fresh tomato
Spinach 2 handfuls

Warm slightly in a pan with the rest of the sauce on the jar.

Stack raw zucchini on the plate.

Make well in the center
Pour in warmed sauce.
