Ravioli Heart With Mushroom Sauce

Is a perfect dish to impress those who want to conquer!

To Make the Pastry

ravioli for two:

Ingredients:

1 egg 100g

flour

Proceedings: make a fountain on the table with flour and mix this with the egg.

Make a dough and let rest in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

​For the Filling

Ingredients:

40g bacon

1 mushroom champignon large

1 clove of garlic

olive oil as needed

salt as needed

spices (to your taste).

Bechamel sauce:

5g butter

10g flour

100ml milk

salt as needed

spices (to your taste)

parmesan (to your taste)

Proceedings:

Put in a pan oil with cut clove of garlic, remove it when is done, and put bacon in the pan, saute the bacon and when is crisp. Put the chopped mushroom, add spices. Cook for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile melt the butter in a small pot, add the flour and spices; when thickens pour the milk and stir until it becomes creamy.

When all it's done mix it all together adding parmesan.

​For the Ravioli Sauce:

Ingredients:

1 mushroom

1 clove of garlic

50g of bacon

olive oil

70 ml of milk

parsley

salt and spices (to your taste)

Proceeding:

Put a clove of garlic in the pan until it's ready, remove it and put in the pan the chopped mushroom; cook for 10 minutes.

Take away the mushrooms leaving oil and mix them whit milk adding salt and spices.

In the pan cook bacon and crisp it.

Prepare Ravioli:

After 30 minutes

Take cough from the refrigerator

Stretch the cough finely thickness of 1 millimeter, diameter of 24.

Divide in two parts and add the filling.

Close on itself the cough and cut it in the shape of heart and close the edges with a fork.

Boil in salted water.

For the Stuffed Mushrooms

For the stuffed mushrooms

Ingredients:

2 big mushrooms

1 clove garlic

1 bunch parsley

olive oil

2 slices of bread

parmesan

breadcrumbs

salt as needed and spices (to your taste)

Proceedings:

Put in a pan oil and garlic (remove the garlic after 30 seconds) to add the stems of the mushrooms cut into small pieces.

When they are cooked add the bread into pieces, sauté a few minutes, add the Parmesan cheese, salt as needed and spices (to your taste)

At the end of cooking, add the parsley.

Take the mushroom caps and insert ourselves the filling, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and oil. Bake at 180 degrees for 15minutes.
