Supplies
Rice Flour - 1 Cup
Suji - 1/2 Cup
Maida - 1/4 Cup
Water - 4 Cups
Green Chilies Pieces - 1 tsp
Ginger Pieces - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves - 1 tsp
Coriander - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/4 tsp
Black Pepper Power - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1tsp
Onion Pieces - 2 tbsp
Batter Preparation
Add all the above mentioned ingredients to mixing bowl and mix it well.
Rest the batter for 30 mins with enclosed with lid.
Roasting Dosa
Heat the dosa pan in high flame.
Before spreading dosa on to the pan, mix the batter well.
Spead some onion on the pan and pour some batter on the pan and spread the dosa.
Apply 1/2 tsp oil and add some groundnut pieces as toppings.
Set the pan heat to the low and roast till the holes on the dosa becomes dark brown in color.
