You will need:

Ingredients:

1) Raspberries

2) Blackberries (if you don't have a bag of just blackberries it's easy to pick them out of a mixed berry bag)

3) Blueberries (you could also get these out of a mixed berry bag)

4) Water

5) Sugar

Utensils:

1) A large bowl

2) A sieve

3) A bottle (for storing your cordial in)

4) A funnel

5) A measuring cup

6) A small pot

7) A stove top

8) A wooden spoon

Next, measure out one and a half cups of cold water and one third of a cup sugar.

Add them to the berries and give it all a good mix.

Boiling

Once everything is in the pot, put it onto the stove and turn the element up to half-way. Let it sit until the water feels lukewarm, then stir constantly until it boils. When it starts to boil turn the element down to low and keep stirring for five more minutes. After the time is up, take it off and leave it until it is cool. Then sieve the mixture to get rid of the berries.

Bottling

Lastly, funnel the cordial into a bottle for storage - an old wine bottle works really well. When you're ready to drink it, I recommend you add between 1/4 - 1/3 cordial to 3/4 - 2/3 water (but in the end just mix according to taste).
