You want to connect a Panasonic PLC with Openenergymonitor monitoring platform, in this case using python embedded in a Rasberry Pi which has a web server which publishes Emoncms.

Voltage reading with AFPX module A21 (2 Input and 1 Output 4-20mA 0-10Vdc) PLC (Panasonic) FPX C14T, creating strategy and linearized voltage reading is done and sends it right through AFPX COM5 Communication module (1 port Ethernet 1 port RS232), Ethernet over TCP IP (general purpose) every second the value of the ADC is sent 0-10 vdc.
