Supplies
~ Two cups of frozen raspberries
~ 1 lemon
~ 1/2 a cup of sugar
~ Two cups of ice cubes
~ A blender
~ 1 lemon
~ 1/2 a cup of sugar
~ Two cups of ice cubes
~ A blender
Preparing the Ingredients
Measure out the 2 cups of raspberries and juice the lemon, making sure to check there are no pips in the juice, then add them into the blender. If you like more tangy flavours you can also add the pulp of the lemon to give it that extra kick. Next add the sugar and the ice. My blender finds it difficult to work if there is not a certain level of fluid in the blender as the blades get stuck so I also topped up the lemon juice with a bit of water until I was sure it would mix.
BLLEENNDD!
You are now ready to blend all of the ingredients together!
Keep going until you are sure everything has been evenly blended and there are no large chunks still left over. How smooth you would like the cooler is up to you but I like a more smooth, less icy mix so I kept blending for a while after I was sure it was all broken down.

Serve !
Check that the cooler is as you would like it, you can add more sugar if it is too tangy or more lemon if it's not tangy enough.
Then pour into glasses and serve ! I
