Raspberry Horse Racing Cocktail

The Ramble or "Raspberry Bramble" cocktail is a traditional party cocktail in the Horse Racing circuit.

3 lemon wedges

3/1oz raspberry puree

11/2oz gin

3/4oz gomme

1/2oz chambord

Muddle the lemons and raspberries with gomme, fill your glass with crushed ice, add gin and churn.

garnish with raspberry and lemon wedge.

this tastes better with real raspberies but the seeds can get stuck in the straw so use your own discretion when deciding to use real fruit or puree.
