Ramadan is a holy month of moslem people, in this month, moslem people must fasting for 30 days to be an healthy human. So i decided to make an Instructables of this.
Gets Up Earlier
Gets up earlier during Sahor time so you can eat so much (eats banana, its make you have very many energy). If you can't gets up earlier, you can set an alarm between 2-3am.
Drink a Lots of Water
Drink a lot of water, cause water make more energy in your body.
Sleep/Do Your Hobby/Do a Good Thing
If you start to feel hungry, you must sleep, or do a good thing.
