Rainbow Pancakes
Easy rainbow pancakes with marshmallow clouds in only 3 easy steps! Great for pride month or anyone who loves rainbows!
Supplies
6 plastic cups, plastic fork, food coloring, pancake batter, butter, pan, marshmallows, and sprinkles.
Dye Your Batter
Measure about 1/4 of a cup of pancake batter for each color and add your food coloring to each cup for each color. (A few examples are shown) Gradually add water till you get a batter consistency.
Cook
Pour each cup of mixed batter into your warm, buttery, pan until perfectly browned on each side. (For more rainbow splash, before you flip your pancake for the first time add sprinkles, then flip!)
Decorate and Enjoy!
Once all your pancakes are done, stack them onto a beautiful rainbow stack and put marshmallows around it to make fluffy clouds. Sprinkle some extra sprinkles on top and you're done!
