Rainbow Jewel

This rainy season I have tried some thing easy to make and something that matches with the theme.
I used simple stuff easily available at homes to make this instructable.

Water colors (colors that a rainbow has)
Earring hooks
Pliers
Bowl
A steel utensil lid that fits in the bowl leaving space in the boundary
Pen refills
Needle
Syringe

Take the bowl and the lid that fits inside the bowl with a little space left at the boundaries as shown in the image.
Now place the lid in the box.

Then, take one of the pen refill and place it in the cavity made by the lid in the box. The refill is to be kept force fully in a circular shape as in the image.

After the first step, you now are done making the molding structure.

Now fill this mold structure with water as shown in the image.
Then, lit the gas stove and keep the bowl on the stove for atleast 2 minutes, until the water starts to boil.

After this with the help of tongs pick the bowl and pour cold water into it. Then bring out the lid out of the bowl with the refill.
You will notice that the refills are now in a semi circle shape, just like rainbow.

Make 2 of these kind. (For a pair of earrings)

For this step you require 7 rainbow colours ie violet, indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange and red. And a syringe.

Take the syringe and fill it with violet color. Now take the refills and start to fill it with violet colour as in the image.
Also fill other colors in the refills in the same sequence as in a rainbow 🌈 with equal divisions.

For this step you will require 2 earring hooks, a needle and a plier.
Take the needle and make hole across one of the refill as in the image.
Take one larger ring that you get with the hooks and fix it in the hole using pliers. Now take the smaller ring and attach it with the ring attached to refill and after this attach the earring hook with the ring as shown in the image using pliers.

You can also make matching bangles using the same steps above. Just the difference is that you require 2 refills to make one bangle and also to attach the refills you require the rings that you get with earring hooks as I have done in the image.

You are all set to flaunt these rainbow earrings and bangles in front of your friends this rainy season.
