Hi everyone,

Although summer has passed but why don't we just prepare for our next summer?

This tutorial to show you how to crochet a beautiful rainbow shell bikini so that you can be more attractive on the beach.

This is for intermediate to advance level. In this tutorial, I use soft elastic yarn (double the yarn) with crochet hook size 3.5mm. The bras size in this video is 34B (US size). If you want it bigger, just increase the row of the cup.

Supplies and Abbreviations

These are the supplies you need to make a rainbow crochet bikini:

1. Yarn (seven colors of the rainbow. Here I use soft elastic yarn)

2. A crochet hook, size appropriate with your yarn (here I use 3.5mm)

3. Scissors

4. Tapestry needle

5. Sewing pins and thread

6. A pair of foam bras

Abbreviations used in this tutorial:
- Ch (Chain)

- Sc (Single crochet)

- Dc (Double crochet)

- FPdc (Front post dc)

- BPdc (Back Post dc)

- 2-dc shell / 3-dc shell / 6-dc shell

The Cup Patterns

This is the first time I write a pattern. If there's anything that need to be fixed, please feel free to give your opinions.

Below is the pattern of the cup. You need to make 2 cups for the bikini

Note: R stands for "Row"

The Back Part

This step show you how to crochet the back strap of the bikini. I didn't write down the pattern as well but the key is working in the back loops.

Attach the Foam Bra and Finish
