RICH WHITE FOREST CAKE (Without Egg and Butter)
Everyone like White Forest Cake. During Quarantine days we are not able to move outside and buy the things easily. So here we are going to see the preparation of white forest cake with the things available in our home.
Here we make the cake without adding egg, butter, vinegar, buttermilk.
Usually cherries are used for White Forest Cake decoration, instead of that we are using Almonds for decoration.

Ingredients
Flour - 1 cup
Oil - 8 tbsp
Milk - 1/3 cup+100 ml
Powder sugar - 1 cup
Vannila Essence - 1 tbsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Whipping cream powder - 1 Pack
Almonds
Oil - 8 tbsp
Milk - 1/3 cup+100 ml

Whipping cream powder - 1 Pack

Batter Preparation
In a bowl add powder sugar & 4 tbsp oil & mix well.
Add maida, baking powder, baking soda & salt. Mix it crumble.
Pour milk & 4 tbsp oil & mix well.
Add vannila essence & mix well.

Baking
In a cake tin greese with oil & place the butter paper.
Pour the cake batter into a cake tin.
I use steaming method for baking the cake for 30 minutes.

Making Whipping Cream
In a bowl add whipping cream powder.
Pour 100 ml milk & mix well without lumps.
Beat well with hand whisk for 7 - 8 minutes until it thickness.
Refrigerate for 45 minutes.

Frosting and Decoration
Let cool the cake & remove it from the cake tin.
Coat the whole cake with whipping cream & refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Cover all sides with the chopped almonds.
Grate the white chocolate at the top of the cake and decorate with almonds.
