RICH VELVELTY CHOCOLATE SMOOTHIE- Low Calorie

Every now and then I tend to have one of those days when nothing but chocolate will do. Instead of going to town on some sugar and fat-filled chocolate bar, I have found having a rich dark chocolate smoothie like this for breakfast as a snack or as a dessert to hit the spot and satisfy that chocolate craving.

This chocolate smoothie is healthy filling and most importantly delicious.

Ingredients

  1. 1 banana
  2. 2 tbs of cocoa powder
  3. 1 tbs of honey or chopped dates
  4. A handful of spinach (30g)
  5. 200ml of Almond milk

Add all the ingredient together in a blender or magic bullet and whizzz till smooth.
