A:
Wash and dry new and old tshirt to make sure they are both evenly pre-shrunk.
B:
Cut out graphic, leave at least a fat 1/8" all around.
(more if you want do do several rows of stitching "sashiko" style or a fancy stitch)
C:
Pin graphic in place- try on before fusing to make sure placement is good.
D:
Cut strips of stitch witchery fusing and place evenly on graphic from your old shirt, be sure coverage is good..
Un-pin and fold back one side of the graphic at a time to place stitch witchery fusing between shirt and graphic. Make sure NO fusing is visible. (or it will melt onto the iron and kill the project)

E:
Dampen scrap from old t-shirt and use as a press cloth. Press graphic in place for 10 seconds on each side of your t-shirt using a steam iron on wool setting. (note-test on scrap of old t shirt first)
F:
Hand stitch in place using contrasting or matching thread with a running (sashiko) stitch 1/8" from cut edge of graphic.
Note: keep stitches even- Ideally stitch length is longer than space between stitches. Do not pull too tight and cause ripples. Be careful not to catch back of shirt!
FINISH:
Lightly steam stitched graphic to smooth out any un-eveness.
Cheers!
