RC Boat Made Out of Polyester
In this DIY, I will show you how to make an RC boat out of polyester, starting with a model of wood. Because there are to many photo's (250+), I' ve made 5 clips with the most important photo's in it.

Part 1 - the Model in Wood
In this part, I will show you how to make the model of wood. You can find many plans on the internet.
Part 2 - Making the Mould.
In this video, I will show how to make a mould with plaste. Later on, I will use this mould to make the polyester boat.
Part 3 - Making the Polyester Boat
In this step, you will see how to make the boat in polyester. You can also use epoxy. Because there are to many photo's in this step, I've placed them in the video below.
Part 4 - Setting Up the Inside of the Boat
We can now start with the inner side of the boat.
The engine is from a hand drill.

Part 5 - Finishing the Boat
We can now finish the boat. After that, he is ready to go onto the water.
I used the Hitec Flash 5 system pack (transmitter, receiver and 4 servo's), and a speed controller of Protech of 30A max. The battery has 7 cells and provides 8.4 V. Again, most of the pictures are in the video.
