To start out carve out the custom pieces for your manhack. you'll have to cut a square out of a piece of heavy duty styrofoam.

next (DEPENDING ON HOW BIG THE STYROFOAM PIECES ARE) pick up a used "WORKING" RC helicopter from a hobby store, I got mine for ten bucks at Xtreme toys and hobby store.
