R - AUV (Robotic Autonomous Utility Vehicle)

Meet r –AUV! The robotic autonomous utility vehicle of the future! r -AUV has several special features that will perform everyday tasks for his owner. r -AUV's design concept includes high efficiency LED head lights and back-up lights, proximity sensors in the front, reversing sensors in the rear, a 270 degree motion HD camera mounted on the top, an HD back-up camera, heavy duty servo motors for forward and reverse motion, an on-board PLC system and a heavy duty weather-proof frame. r -AUV's initial design concept was to act as an autonomous robot to assist handicapped persons with delivering their trash receptacles to the street for weekly trash pick-up service. r –AUV uses it’s back-up sensors to position itself into place. Once in place the towing system includes towing lugs that actuate behind the trash can’s tow bar. Equipped with a primary and a booster towing servo, the trash can is lifted into the towing position. r –AUV the takes the trash can to the street! r –AUV’s power system is recharged via solar power making it highly cost efficient.
