Quickest 5-Food-Group Meal Ever

That's me there, on the left , 16 years ago ,after scoring a goal. No, it's not about my passion for soccer this time, but for something else:)


Since the my early years I was an Athlete - Soccer , Waterpolo, Kite-surfing. I would enjoy every competitive social/solo sports I could step into. It made me becoming aware to what I bring inside my body pretty early. in age 13, after eating things like oats(Quaker), Sesame, cranberries (Not all the time of course), Iv'e finally developed "Healthy Tasty Booster" -(which most of you probably know) a porridge o Boiled oats , honey, sesame, cranberries, and almonds, which fills you with energy to prepare you for physical activity (or just to put a smile on your face).


Today, I'm still putting efforts in understanding what and how food affects my day-to-day function. I live a kind of busy life now, which combines not only sports, but also an intense work, Bachelor studies, music and more, so many times I have the need of eating something "fast and east". in addition , as we've all know these days-healthy food dramatically affects your brain in day-to-day tasks. Magically - My Healthy Tasty Booster matches just those two needs!

During last years Iv'e made some "version upgrades" into "Quickest 5-Food-Group Meal Ever", making it even more nutrient and tasty.


Only 6 minutes of work , and you've given yourself everything that you need! Let's Start!

Supplies

Setting up your ingredients, to make it fast and tasty --- You'l need :

  • A boiled pot of water
  • Oats (Quaker or any other firm)
  • Peanut Butter (Natural)
  • Tahini
  • Cranberries +/or Blueberries
  • Almonds +/or Walnuts
  • a half Banana (which aren't showed up in the pics :(( )
  • Honey
  • Cinnamon
  • Optional : Milk(alternative best)
  • A bowl + spoon
  • A toothpick (important!!!)


Sounds loaded ? Trust me, it all works perfectly :)

Minutes 0-2 :

Boil the water (0.2 Ltr). Chop the banana to slices in the meantime.

Minutes 2-4:

Take 40-50 grams of Oats and pour into the bowl along with the water.

Stir for 1.5 min until the porridge looks like the one in the picture :)

Minutes 4-5:

Nice ! the oats are ready is ready.

Add 1-2 Spoons of tahini and peanut butter each. For exercise- extra peanut butter is recommended :)

if your'e a milk lover - pour some of it now.

It should be a liquidity porridge! Stir up, add water if needed

Minute 6:

Final step , Ready for it?

Take:

A handful of: Almods, Walnuts, Berries

The banana Slices

A pinch of honey

A tiny pinch of cinnamon


Shove it all in!!!

After only 6 minutes , Your'e All set to feed yourself with healthy Carbohydrate, plenty of Proteins , important plant fat , and exact amount of Vitamins and Minerals for one day!
