Quick and Simple Cream Cheese Pasta.

pasta.jpg
Chicken pasta with cream sauce.

Ingredients:

Pasta

Chicken (amount of your choice, I use whole breast package)

Fresh Cream (500ml)
Cheddar Cheese (500g)
White Wine (of your choice)
Peppers (of your choice, large red are fine)
Egg.

Note: This can also be made using just fresh cream and cheddar cheese as minimum. Or with bacon. Wine, peppers and egg just make it taste better.

Pasta

Cook the pasta.
-place pasta in boiling water
-Add oil so it wont stick.
-Add salt to flavor.

I like adding some pepper powder, to give it flavor.

Cook pasta either according to packaging or how you like it.

Things to Do

Take one pepper and either chop it up into peices or blend it in the mixer (using only the pulp)

Grate the cheese.

Remove unwanted bits off the chicken (some people are picky)

Fry chicken.
First whole, a little bit, and then chop it up.
Remove from pan.
Place chicken in wine and wait for it to soak in.
Fry.

Add pepper to frying chicken.
Add cream to frying chicken once the pepper and chicken start frying heavily.

Add grated cheese slowly to melt.
Wait until it is fully melted.

Remove from stove/range and add egg and mix quickly.

Eat the result.

Tell me what you think. Not the best at writing instructions.

Might add a video I made while cooking though its not so good cause I can't really cook and film at the same time and forgot to take photographs.
