Quick and Easy Mushrooms.

This is one of my favourite side dish. Me and my friends often have a gathering where we play board games and eat tapas. In this instructable I will teach you an quick and easy recipe.

What do you need:

  • Chestnut mushrooms (regular white button mushrooms can also be used)
  • Garlic 3/4 cloves
  • Parsley
  • White wine
  • Salt and pepper

Cut the Ingredients

First wash your mushrooms and parsley. After that cut your mushrooms in equal pieces. (Small ones 4, big ones 6) and chop the garlic in small pieces. Don't cut the parsley yet because it will loses its flavour very quickly

Fry It

Heat some olive oil in the pan and wait until it gets hot. Once it's hot add the garlic and mushrooms and fry it for some time on medium temperature until the mushrooms are almost done.

Add the Wine

Then add the white wine (just a bit don't over do it) and wait until the mushrooms sucked up the wine. Now add some salt so that all the liquid will get sucked in. After add the pepper.

Cut the parsley (as much as you want) and add it to the dish, stir it and you have made yourself an amazing side dish
