Cutting Your Bracelet
I used a 12 inch piece of scrap 3-4 oz veg tan leather, but any leather will do.
Lay your piece of leather on a cutting board or any hard surface. Use a ruler or any straight edge and cut a taper in your leather scrap. I ended up tapering from 1 1/2 inches down to a half an inch, but the skys' the limit.
Now you basically have your bracelet. Just a few more cuts and your finished.
From the large end of the taper come down towards the small end approximately 1 inch and make a mark than another inch make a mark then one more time.
Now just cut a slit in the leather at these marks and you finished.
Just weave the small end of the strap through the holes and you have a bracelet.

Optional Step
I had some leather dye laying around the shop so I decided to give the bracelet a little color. Just rub the dye on let it sit for a few seconds then wipe it off. Not much to it!
